Amazing vegetarian food that gives this meat-eater pause. Their "chicken" is better than the real thing, tasty, beautifully presented, and easy on the bread-basket. The sweet-potteries really knock it out of the park! For $20 per person, you can have a great plate and fresh aqua-fresca style refillable drink. You won't be sorry that you passed up Chik-Fill-eh next door!

4.5 stars Food was fire. I think I just got the regular gyro combo + tzatziki. The fries were even better - light, crisp, and right amount of pepper. Only complaint is that they dumped a bunch of ketchup packets into the bag. But I just ate inside, so it was a huge pain to use them.
Tasty Lamb & Chicken Gyros! I really like that they have the combo meals which include fries and a drink for faster ordering! This place is right off University & I25 so we stop in for a quick, efficient, tasty meal when passing by! Really good alternative!
We were glad to find Gyroz within walking distance to our son's apartment and the DU campus. It was exactly the taste, quantity and for our late night dinner. We each selected a different protein for our sandwiches and while we didn't really want French Fries, we decided we wanted to try theirs and it didn't disappoint. To top it all off, the staff welcomed us, were very friendly and thanked us for coming in to try them. This will be one of our son's places to grab some food in the future.

Stopped by between DU graduation events for a quick bite and was impressed with this DELICIOUS food. We had a small group and ordered chicken and basic gyro combos. The chicken was our favorite. The marinade is bold with a refreshing citrus kick. You cannot go wrong with any order here, unless you forgot fries! Seasoned perfectly with salt and pepper and served hot it rounds out the meal. If you do forget do not worry. They put a few in the gyro
We've been looking for gyros that remind us of home for a while now. Chicagoland transplants say this is THE one! The price is absolutely right! The tzatziki sauce was thick and flavorful. A real treat! The actual gyro meat was sliced evenly which I appreciated. Mix in lightly seasoned French fries and our meal was complete. The pita bread was toasted perfectly and not overly dry. Looking for my critique? The parking lot is small and kinda cramped to maneuver around within. Honestly, it's going into our regular rotation for a solid meal choice. I can hardly wait to go back!
This was my first time at Gyroz and I was pleasantly surprised! The gyro sandwich and fries were delicious. I liked that they put the tzatziki sauce and veggies on the bottom of the pita. The tzatziki sauce stayed in the sandwich and got into my belly where it belonged. Friendly service. This location was very spacious and clean - I think it may have opened recently?
